Study of The Implementation of Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka Program

Merdeka Belajar Kampus (MBKM) is a relatively new program, so there are still many obstacles in the process of preparation, implementation, and evaluation. This study aims to see students' motives perceptions implementation MBKM program they have carried out preparation for facing competition business / industrial world (DUDI). research applies quantitative methods with exploratory designs. The respondents were 62 students English Literature Study Program at PGRI Kanjuruhan University malang semesters 1, 3, 5, 7 who selected using stratification sampling techniques. indicates that get benefits from regardless concerns face. brings closer because can directly experience work life. Students confidence compete industry after graduate, think soft skills hard according their respective passions.
